This kid is dead because the deck was stacked against him. Stacked by the same system that was claiming that "all men were created equal"... while other men were kept in slavery in houses of the same who wrote those lines and were impregnating black women..., while other men were being hang in the streets, lynched... Some said the jury were exclusively applying the laws of self-defense, as though justice were not also a combination of fairness, morality and good.
